Just got this from my parents for Christmas and it has really helped me get going. Finding new ways to make something that much more enjoyable really helped. If you have ADHD and are stuck, and falling behind you should really get this. It will help you.

Even though everyone has already said it, I need to repeat. THIS BOOK IS AMAZING! The tone is empathetic, the wording is incredibly clear, the paper and binding feels high quality, the content is structured innovative and to be honest I just want more. It has helped me again and again in fighting the symptoms, while I’m doing therapy, medication and so much more. It gives me a sense of safety, that I will log it around with me, even though I hate having too much stuff with me. Also I am gifted and have a good sense for quality. If you ever need more in detail feedback, ask me. I will convince anyone why this book is a must have for anyone!

The digital bundle is NOT the entire hard copy book. It’s a small taste of what you can expect to find in this amazing, ADHD Bible, which is full of resources, exercises, and techniques. If you have ADHD, buy the FULL copy. You won’t regret it.

I heard about this book when I was in the midst of holiday traveling. I was excited to see there was a digital option, as well as a hard copy option. I didn’t want my book stolen by a Holiday Porch Pirate (while I was out of town), so I bought the “clean” digital version. In typical ADHD fashion, I only read every few sentences of the description, and impulsively and eagerly paid $25 for the digital version. When I got back, I ordered the original book, and when it arrived, compared the two versions. Dani Donovan’s book is AMAZING. Lots of great tools. My 9 year old daughter also has ADHD, and was curious about this book, and giggled when she noticed occasional curse words. The digital copy is NOT the entire book. It’s a small taste of what you can expect to see in the full version. I went online and ordered the CLEAN version for my 9 year old. I kinda feel like I might have just tossed $25 out the window, but that’s my fault for being impulsive, wanting instant gratification, and not reading every line in the description. It’s a good thing I ordered this book!!!! It seems slightly ironic and funny that my ADHD got the best of me while I was ordering a book about ADHD. Still, I’m grateful to have stumbled upon this ADHD Bible with tons of resources, tools, and techniques. The book is worth EVERY penny.

I absolutely love all the ideas in this. Its great that it is broken down in sections and is east to flip to what I need to focus on and find an idea there.

  5. Emma

This has given me lots of ideas to combat the various barriers I come across or holes I fall into when trying to do things. The format is really helpful to pinpoint what the exact barrier is and the variety and humour stops me getting bored with things that work as there’s plenty to choose from. The book itself feels really substantial and it encourages me to use it as I don’t need to baby it to stop it falling apart as its so well made.
