This book made me cry happy tears. I have been struggling with ADHD for literal decades at this point. Endless unfinished planners, shame spirals, you name it. Nothing worked. Dani’s transparency about her own struggles made me feel seen in a way I cannot fully convey, it was unreal. I’ve accomplished more in my first week with this book than I ever thought possible. If you work from home and have ADHD it can be a VERY dangerous combo. This book saved my job. I would follow Dani into battle at this point.

definitely worth the money. Just glancing through the pages of the book is like a warm hug from your best friend saying “You got this”. Every exercise my therapist has ever given me is in this book (and some new ones), but with relatable and easy to follow instructions (and easy instructions, like “I can do this!” instructions), awesome illustrations and funny quips. (and it lays completely flat, it’s awesomely designed and organized). Just go ahead and buy it, you won’t regret it.

All I can do right now is say – I’ve downloaded the 30 page digital planner and even though I haven’t started using it, just reading the pages made me relax. For ever journal I started, for every task in my house that completely overwhelms me – looking at these… I don’t even have words for how ready I am to basically hack my executive dysfunctional brain.

Saving now to by the whole thing!!

This book has been so helpful for me. I do not have ADHD, so at first I wasn’t sure if this would be something I could use. However, as someone who gets overwhelmed easily, this book has been a so helpful. I use it all the time and I recommend it to friends. Sure, some of the suggestions aren’t for me, but overall I just find it wonderfully helpful whenever I am stuck and just need to get something done.

Truly an excellent tool for task completion with adhd. Gives specific instructions so you don’t have to think and you can just do. Have and will continue to recommend this Anti-Planner to all my friends.
