This is a book I actually return to!
I have found an amazing way to help motivate myself to get up and start cleaning (overwhelmed) becauese of this book.
I continutally return to read back over the encouraging, supportive prompts- even if I’m not taking the time for the tasks.
I appreciate having something that I can use over and over again. From wanting, to doing- this book has helped my ADHD brain create strageties to use in so many parts of my daily life. This book is worth it’s weight in gold- and it’s a heafty book! The detail and quality provides for years of love and self-development.
I have found so many repeat uses out of this book, that I went ahead and purchased a ‘clean’ version to keep in my office!
Thank you, Dani Donovan, for creating something that has changed the world for so many! Your recognition of other creators means so much!!!

  2. Jenn

As a recovering burnt-out academic, this book has been a true lifesaver for me. I’ll set it aside for a month, but when I find myself slipping back into unhealthy habits and spiraling, it’s there to rescue me and my research. Thank you, Dani, for creating something truly invaluable. It’s worth every penny and more.

  3. Kayla Ventura

This book has saved me so many times, I have recommended it to so many people. It’s the only book that consistently works with my brain, because there are so many varied approaches! Most planners or books like this have one approach or technique, and that’s great and all, but I have ADHD and my brain only follows one technique for like a week, and then it doesn’t work anymore. This book doesn’t have that problem. And it’s funny! Honestly, sometimes I straight up just flip through the book just to read the little blurbs, it’s very entertaining

This is the first time I’m writing a review for anything, but this book is certainly worth your time. Each strategy is awesomely unique, entertainingly designed, and packs the motivational and organisational punch I was craving from self help habit books. I use this book all the time, and it’s helped me and my family countless times.

  5. Jenny

I am a therapist with ADHD and I use this myself and urge all my teen and adult clients with ADHD to buy it. The tabbed sections are SUPER helpful. And, I like the colors and font and overall more “fun” look and feel to the book. Thank you for writing it!
