This book is amazing! I am a therapist and find myself often using this book with clients who have ADHD. Even clients without ADHD can benefit from the skills in this book. Heck, I even use it for myself (a fellow ADHD brain). The way it is written and designed is inviting, easy to use and understand, compassionate, and truly with individuals with ADHD in mind. I love that it is broken down by sections based on how you are feeling to help give you a starting point! This book has helped me and my clients with ADHD manage things that were once difficult and we did not have the words for. I am so grateful for this book and to Dani for writing it!

This book is amazing. I can’t remember where I saw it, but it was either on Reddit or some kind of social media thing. Between chronic illness, crippling fatigue, chronic pain, and finding out that I might have undiagnosed ADHD, I really struggle to get things done. This book has been a life changing thing for me. Having the book divided in sections for the various reasons you might be stuck is especially helpful. I have been getting things done because of this book. Also, I added the tada list idea to my daily journaling, which has made me feel a lot better on those days when I can’t push through pain and fatigue to get much done. Thanks to writing a tada list daily, I’m seeing on bad days that I did actually get stuff done and I did pretty well despite my circumstances. Thank you for making this book!

This book is so good. I never review things, but it’s that good. It is PACKED with ideas. Have recommended it to so many people

  4. Dani

This is brilliant!!! I wholeheartedly recommend it to every ADHD-er I know. Far from being a planner it is a book of tips for getting past the blocks we have which prevent us from getting stuff done. It is SO good.

I bought the Anti Planner, because I am a known procastinator.
This book has helped me get my own book done much more.
