This book is a game changer. My husband and I were diagnosed in the last two years and have been searching for tools to help us. I bought one copy to reference from home but he kept stealing it and taking it to his office while he is finishing his PhD. So I ordered another one for me! As a teacher I’m amazing with the scaffolding and modeling! I love the way it’s organized. So well done and accessible without being pedantic and annoying. Love this book!

  2. Sally Linton

This a fun and easy to use resource! Completely different approach from other traditional planners….that usually don’t work for ADHD’ers. The tabs are awesome to help direct the fast brain to possible strategies.

  3. Carrie

I bought the Anti-Planner during its second pre-order run. It is great! I love how Dani encourages you to use it when you *need* it and let it go when you don’t. As an ADHDer with some pretty hardcore perfectionism, even things that are supposed to be helpful often turn into a stress of “am I using this right!?” With this book, I get to pick and choose what I need, including resting instead of pushing through. It’s so great that I recommended it to a group of colleagues and like 5 people went and bought it on the spot!

When I get overwhelmed or frustrated, I have a hard time articulating what’s getting in my way. This breaks it down very logically and just the act of naming what’s happening in my head takes away some of the pressure and gets me going. This is the most helpful tool I’ve come across short of medication for managing my ADHD. It’s f*ckin’ brilliant.

  5. Nicole

There are times (more than I would like to admit) that I don’t know what to do with myself. I know we have to be gentle with ourselves and work with our brain not against it, but it’s more difficult said than done. I have been struggling with figuring out workarounds or ways to deal with my ADHD symptoms until I found this book. This is a survival guide and it was godsent. I can’t explain how grateful I am to own a copy. I have recommended this book to everyone I know.
