This is so exciting! I completely forgot that I pre-ordered this and it was truly a lovely surprise. I texted family and friends asking who got it for me ????????‍♀️ I love it!

I came upon the Anti-Planner because of a Youtuber’s review. I bought it immediately for someone close to me as a Holiday gift. They loved it and have been using it since it arrived. It is a little bigger than expected, but it did not disappoint. The exercises, tips, and recommendations are genuinely made to address the needs of those of us that struggle daily to survive and keep up with responsibilities. English is our second language yet the book is written in English simple enough to follow. I’m going to buy more copies from the pre-order for myself and for other people in my life that are either neurodivergent and/or suffer from anxiety and depression. If this book was in Spanish I would definitely recommend it to more people closer to me.

i’ll admit, in classic adhd fashion, i had forgotten about pre-ordering this and when it came it had been long enough that i wasn’t super excited about it anymore lolol. HOWEVER, upon actually opening it and doing the activities, i got stoked all over again. it’s so fun and engaging, and the activities make me feel like someone understands exactly how my brain works which is just sooo affirming ????

to dani, thank you so much for all of the energy and labor you put into this ????

to everyone wondering if it’s worth it, it is. get it.

I pre-ordered this awhile ago for myself and my daughter who both struggle with ADHD. The exercises are useful and non-judgemental, without the whole “just do it” vibe that most planners give off. Designed for those of us who often get in our own way of getting things done or getting through things. Highly recommend!

This is AMAZING!! I work with college students, mainly those that have ADHD, on study strategies/time management/etc. and this book is a gold mine of resources and strategies that are going to help students SO much! I also have ADHD and am very excited to use the book as a personal resource as well 🙂
