Print-run 2: Shipping Timeline

All orders in progress!

**Canada, Australia, and NZ are experiencing delays: For those of you in these countries, please be patient a little longer! We are working with our warehouse partner to get these orders in the mail asap. We will keep you updated.**

Step 8: All other countries’ orders are now in progress! This means that the orders are being picked, packed, labeled, and then shipped out to your address. After the label is created, you will receive a notification email from anti-planner@adhddd.com with a tracking number.

Books are starting to ship!

Step 8: Books in all regions are slowly starting to be packed and shipped out, in order of purchase date. Print Run 2 started on December 15th, 2022 with order numbers in the 16,000s-28,000s through February 4th, 2023. Please be patient just a little longer while the fulfilment partners hand-pick, pack, label, and ship out orders. Once your order has been assigned a tracking number, you will receive an email with your tracking number added as a note.

**If you have moved since you placed your order and you haven’t emailed anti-planner@adhddd.com yet, reach out ASAP so that we can ensure your order makes it to you! Be sure to include your order number, original shipping address, and new shipping address.

ALL books arrived to fulfillment centers

Step 7: USA region books and UK/EU region books for Print Run 2 have arrived safely at the fulfillment centers. They are currently being sorted and stocked. The next update should be that we have moved on to Step 8: Fulfillment. At that point, please keep an eye out for order update emails from anti-planner@adhddd.com, because they will contain your order numbers / tracking details.

USA books ETA!

Step 6: We finally have an ETA from the shipping company for the 3 shipments that were recently cleared by customs. We are expecting them to arrive to the 3 warehouses by Tuesday, May 9th!

USA books finally cleared customs!

Step 5: All books have been cleared and are now waiting release. Soon we should have tracking information for their journey to the fulfillment warehouses.

USA books *still* stuck in customs

Step 5: We are in US Customs limbo still. We finally received communication today from an actual customs agent who explained that there was a hold on all of the books to be examined. They apparently opened up some of the boxes and went through a few books individually during this thorough exam. The agent explained that that they confirmed all is well, and they are releasing the books!

UK/EU delays

Step 4: This step is unfortunately being delayed while we finalize a new warehousing partner for this region of the world. We still anticipate delivery to customers by the end of May/beginning of June at the latest!

USA books landed!

Step 4: The carrier informed us that the USA-bound books have landed at the port! Last year, this step took almost a full month, but we are hoping it will be faster now that we are past the holidays.

Step 3: The books for destinations in or near the UK and EU (including Africa and the Middle East) have been packed for shipment to the UK warehouse, and are waiting for pickup.

All USA (& nearby regions) printed and packed

Step 3: The books for destinations in North & South America, Asia, Oceania, and a few other destinations have been printed and packed for shipment to the USA warehouses. They have also already been loaded & shipped on a cargo boat that will land in the USA on approximately April 9th.
